Terms and Conditions 


By paying your fine on this website, you understand that


1. NO ONLINE PAYMENTS are accepted:
request to take DSC for a ticket dismissal

  • request deferred disposition from the court for a particular case
  • juvenile cases (10-16)
  • minors (under the age of 21) charged with an alcohol-related offense
  • minors (under the age of 21) charged with a tobacco-related offense
  • partial payments that have not already been granted by the Court
  • cases in bond forfeiture

These cases must be handled in person at the court.


2. With prior approval from the court, you may pay online

  •  the court approved monthly payment on a balance owed 
  • or any special expense fees as per your deferred disposition agreement.

3. By voluntarily paying your fine before appearing in court,

  • You have waved your right to a trial by judge or jury
  • A plea of No Contest and a disposition of Guilty will be entered on your case. (Plea form).
  • Payments may be posted the following work day; payments can be verified by calling 281-485-3048
  • Fines and/or warrant payments paid on a Friday, will not post until the following workday.
  • The Court is not responsible for late payment
  • If you have trouble using the online payment option, you may pay by mail or pay in person.

To pay by mail, mail a money order made payable to "City of Brookside Village" : 

Brookside Village Municipal Court
6243 Brookside Road
Brookside Village, TX 77581-2045.  

The clerk uses the postmarked date (stamped by your postal service) to note the payment date. Send only a money order through the mail.  Include the citation/ticket number on the money order.

To pay in person:

  •  the defendant must pay in person in cases in which he/she has not yet entered a plea.  
  • The physical address is:

  • MONDAY thru THURSDAY   8:00 AM - 5:00 P.M.
  • FRIDAY   8:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.

Court Costs


  • In addition to the fine, court costs mandated by state law are charged.
  • The costs vary depending on the offense.
  • Check with the court for the amount to be assessed for the violation for which you are charged.


Court costs are assessed:


  • If you are found guilty at trial and if you plead guilty or nolo contendere (no contest).
  • If you are granted deferred disposition.
  • If you take a driving safety course.


Additional Fees


  • If a warrant has been issued, an additional $50.00 fee is assessed.
  • If you are granted time to pay your fine and fail to pay within the first 30 days you will be assessed a state mandated time payment of $25.00.
